1. Authenticity & Accuracy:

Only assets of “Verifiable Authenticity and Legitimate Ownership are permitted.
Each listing must present a truthful narrative detailing origin, condition, and significance with absolute precision.

• All items must be “Genuine, Legally Owned, and Accurately Represented”.
• Provide truthful and complete descriptions, including specifications, condition, provenance, and relevant documentation.
• Misleading, false, or exaggerated claims are strictly prohibited.

2. High-Quality Presentation:

Luxury is experienced through detail.
All listings must feature “Exceptional Imagery and Refined Descriptions” that capture the essence, craftsmanship, and exclusivity of the asset. Presentation should meet editorial, not casual, standards.

• Listings must include “Clear, High-Resolution Images” that accurately reflect the item’s current condition.
• Use professional and well-lit visuals; avoid stock images unless clearly stated.
• Titles and descriptions should be well-written, concise, and aligned with luxury standards.

3. Pricing Transparency:

Valuation should reflect “True Market Positioning and Rarity.
Transparency is essential—pricing must be clear, intentional, and aligned with the caliber of the offering.

• Clearly state the “Asking Price” or indicate if the item is open for negotiation.
• Avoid hidden fees or misleading pricing structures.
• Ensure pricing reflects the true market value of the item.

4. Compliance with Laws & Regulations:

Engagements on LisLux.com are conducted with “Utmost Discretion and Courtesy”.
Timely, respectful, and informed communication is expected in every interaction.

• Sellers must comply with all “Applicable Local and International Laws”, including import/export, licensing, and ownership regulations.
• Prohibited items or services are strictly not allowed on the platform.

5. Professional Conduct:

Sellers are expected to operate within “All Applicable International and Local Regulations”, ensuring each listing is compliant, transferable, and lawful.

• Maintain respectful, timely, and professional communication with potential Buyers.
• Honor commitments and provide accurate responses to inquiries.
• Any form of fraud, harassment, or unethical behavior will result in account suspension or removal.

6. Exclusive & Luxury Standard:

LisLux.com is not a marketplace—it is a “Curated Environment for Exceptional Assets & Services”.
Listings must embody rarity, prestige, and superior value across categories such as luxury real estate, aviation, maritime, automotive, haute couture, fine jewelry, and collectible investments.

• LisLux.com is dedicated to “Luxury and High-Value Assets”.
• Listings should align with the platform’s positioning (e.g., luxury real estate, supercars, yachts, private jets, high-end fashion, fine jewelry, collectibles).
• Low-quality or non-luxury items may be rejected or removed.

7. Ownership & Rights:

Only Businesses/Individuals or entities with “Full Legal Authority” may list or represent an asset. Discretionary or unauthorized representations are not permitted.

• Sellers must have the legal right to sell or represent the listed item.
• Do not post items on behalf of others without proper authorization.

8. Content Integrity:

Every element—visual or written—must respect “Intellectual Property, Brand Integrity, and Platform Standards”.
Content should be sophisticated, accurate, and free from any form of misrepresentation.

• Do not upload content that is offensive, illegal, infringing, or inappropriate.
• Intellectual property rights (images, branding, descriptions) must be respected.

9. Transaction Responsibility:

LisLux.com facilitates “Direct, Private Connections” between distinguished Buyers and Sellers.
All transactions are conducted independently, with responsibility resting on both parties to ensure due diligence and security.

10. Platform Enforcement:

To preserve the integrity of the platform, LisLux.com retains the right to “Select, Refine, or Decline Listings” that do not align with its standards of excellence.

• LisLux.com reserves the right to “Review, Reject, Edit, or Remove Any Listings” that does not meet these guidelines.
• Repeated violations may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.
