The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Selfwinding Flying Tourbillon Openworked 26735SG is one of the most technically impressive modern Royal Oaks in production today. At 41mm, it retains all the sharp presence and unmistakable design language that has defined the Royal Oak for over fifty years, while showcasing some of the most advanced watchmaking and finishing currently leaving Le Brassus.
 
The case and bracelet are crafted from Sand Gold, Audemars Piguet’s newest proprietary alloy. Sitting between white gold and pink gold, it changes character constantly depending on the light, giving the watch a distinctive appearance unlike any other precious metal Royal Oak. More than a different colour, Sand Gold represents one of the manufacture’s most significant material innovations in recent years and has quickly become one of the most talked-about additions to the modern AP catalogue.
