Ferrari 599 SA Aperta
 
Announced at the 2010 Paris International Motor Show, Ferrari’s 599 SA Aperta continued the marque’s tradition of creating limited-edition, open-top V12 grand tourers, following in the footsteps of the 550 Barchetta and the 575 Superamerica. Only eighty examples were to be built, and all eighty were already sold by the time the car was publicly unveiled.
 
Although the SA Aperta was built using the chassis and powertrain of the 599 GTO, Ferrari intended the SA Aperta to have a softer personality than the GTO, which was designed as a street-legal version of the 599XX. The windscreen was given a steeper rake, and behind the roll bars, two aerodynamic fins were added, reminiscent of the buttresses on the standard 599 GTB. Both the suspension and the exhaust are less aggressive than on the 599 GTO, making the SA Aperta much more comfortable for long-distance touring.
 
This particular 599 SA Aperta, presented in a truly stunning combination of Rosso F1 2007 over a Nero leather interior, is equipped with several desirable options, including Scuderia shields, front and rear parking sensors, and Grigio brake calipers. The interior features numerous carbon-fibre options, including a carbon steering wheel with LED shift lights, electrically adjustable carbon bucket seats, and a carbon centre console. In addition, the first owner ordered, alongside the standard canvas soft top, the optional €50,000 carbon-fibre hardtop, a rare and highly desirable addition to this Aperta.
 
This SA Aperta is exceptionally well-documented, complete with its original books, two keys, car cover, canvas soft top, carbon hardtop, and Ferrari Red Book Classiche Certification.
